Introducing LBDO Vitality

Introducing LBDO Vitality

Yep, we’re launching into a vitamin range! Nope, it’s not what you think.

We can’t wait to introduce you to the newest member of our LBDO family. But as exciting as it is for us to tell you all about what it is and what it does, it is important to have a conversation about what it isn’t and what it doesn’t do, and explore some of the stigmas that can be perpetuated by products in this space.

Will LBDO Vitality fix my libido?

We’re not the first company in the sexual wellness space to have released a vitamin, and we won’t be the last. But what makes LBDO Vitality different, is that we will not now, or ever claim to “fix” your libido. In fact, we won’t claim to “fix” any part of you. Why? Because you’re not broken.

Have you ever heard the phrase “healthy libido”, or “healthy sexual function”? What does that look like to you? Maybe at times you have worried about the ‘health’ of your libido or sexual function. Is it too high? Too low? What is wrong with you?

If you have questioned, or felt embarrassed, worried or ashamed about how much or little you feel like having sex, you’re in the same boat as… pretty much everybody, ever. But we’re in on a little secret that a number of industries don’t necessarily want you to know. There is nothing wrong with you.

Are you having a bit of a lull in your sex drive? There’s nothing wrong with you. Do you never really want to have sex and identify as asexual? There’s nothing wrong with you. Do you want to hump literally everything that moves? There’s nothing wrong with you.

Everybody, and every body is different. High, low, ever-stagnant or ever-fluctuating wants for sexual intimacy are all part of being human. And because we are human, there are biological, psychological, social and countless more factors that influence our state of being, and as such, desire or ability to engage with sex acts. No pill, potion or handful of magic beans is going to change that.

So, what does LBDO Vitality actually do then?

Specifically, LBDO Vitality contains Tribulus terrestris and Ashwagandha which are traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine to support general health and wellbeing; Zinc to support hair, skin and nail health, maintain nervous system health and support mental and cognitive function, and Vitamin B6 to maintain energy levels.

This all-natural formula has been scientifically-formulated with purpose, utilising a combination of essential nutrients and carefully selected high-quality ingredients that are all supported by traditional use and/or scientific claims. LBDO Vitality has been designed by health experts to ensure they are well-absorbed, safe and effective in helping to nourish the body with nutrients, minerals and herbs to maintain and support general health and wellbeing.

And like all our LBDO products, safety underpins everything we do. We developed our LBDO Vitality formulation using naturally-derived ingredients, manufactured right here in a certified Australian facility, and complying with strict TGA guidelines to ensure highest quality standards. It’s important to us that you feel 100% safe with what you're putting on or inside your body. Because after all, feeling safe feels good too.

All of these benefits support and contribute to a sense of general wellness, which creates a strong foundation to optimise your physical, mental and sexual wellbeing.

What is sexual wellbeing?

In the same way that we tend to take a holistic view of health, LBDO applies the same approach to sexual wellness or wellbeing. Sexual wellness is connected to our emotional, physical and relational wellbeing; it includes things such as how comfortable we feel in our skin, how connected we feel to ourselves and our desires, and how we feel in our relationships.

It is entirely possible to experience sexual wellness without actually having sex, either solo or partnered. There’s no one way to have a healthy sexual relationship with yourself or a partner, in fact it takes on an entirely different form with every single person. It’s much more about how you feel about yourself, your body and your sexuality, and much less about hitting any sort of sexual activity target.

What’s important is that we create a safe space for people to be able to choose what will empower their own sexual wellness journeys.

For every product in our range, LBDO is all about helping you feel good, in whatever way that resonates with you. LBDO Vitality is just one part of that puzzle designed to empower you to reach that feeling.

“I’m proud that LBDO is the first real sexual wellness brand to take a holistic view of sexual wellness; where your mental health, physical health and sexual health are all integral parts to that. When we feel good mentally and physically (i.e. more energised and less stressed), we generally want to have more sex (solo or partnered) and invest in our sexual pleasure. Just like we prioritise our mental and physical health, sexual health is key to helping us function and feel our best.
