We are an Australian-based company that ships worldwide. Please note that the shipping costs to each country vary. The cost will be shown at checkout upon selection.
Australian shipping is available via Australia Post.
International shipping is available via Australia Post International Express.
For customers located in the United States or Canada, please visit https://us.lbdo.com/ as orders to these regions are fulfilled separately.
An invoice will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at checkout. We endeavour to process orders within 1–2 full business days and aim to have items delivered to you as follows:

Shipping cost does not include any foreign duty or taxes for importing goods into the destination country. These will be at cost to the recipient.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that goods purchased are not prohibited by the destination country. Any orders shipped that are declined by customs will not be refunded. Should you have any concerns, please contact hello@lbdo.com.au prior to submitting your order.
Cost
Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight. Please note: each country may impose their own taxes or duties once the product is to be collected by the purchaser.
All import duties, taxes and charges are unable to be included in the item, shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the customs office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with purchase.
Currently we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 AUD to Australia only, free express shipping on orders over $160 AUD to Australia, and free express shipping on orders over $221 AUD to New Zealand; otherwise, shipping will be added at checkout.
Tracking your order
Please refer back to the shipping confirmation email for your tracking link to monitor the estimated delivery time for your package. In the event you have not received your shipping confirmation email or can’t find your tracking number, please contact our customer service team at hello@lbdo.com.au and we will be happy to assist you.
Lost in Transit Policy
Once your order leaves our warehouse, our third party delivery teams do everything possible to meet our expected shipping times. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@lbdo.com.au and we will do everything reasonably possible to locate your package.
If a package is deemed lost in transit, LBDO will organise your order to be resent.
If the wrong address was provided at checkout, LBDO will charge an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the package.
Packaging
Your products will arrive in a cardboard mailer.
We respect your privacy so your order will be shipped discreetly with no branding on the outside of the box or mailer bag.
We've worked really hard to make sure our packaging is as sustainable as possible. Unfortunately, some items have required a protective casing of soft plastic for safe shipping. We're working really hard to find alternative solutions but in the meantime, we ask that you recycle your soft plastics through the REDcycle Program in Australia.
