We have a short window before our orders leave our warehouse as we do our best to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Please email us as soon as possible to see if this is possible and we will do our best to assist.

• Yes. Your products will either arrive in a cardboard mailer box or a compostable mailer bag (depending on the size of your order).
• Yes, we respect your privacy so your order will be shipped discreetly with no branding on the outside of the box or mailer bag and no mention to LBDO on your credit card statement.

We've worked really hard to make sure our packaging is as sustainable as possible. Unfortunately, some items have required a protective casing of soft plastic for safe shipping. We're working really hard to find alternative solutions but in the meantime, we ask that you recycle your soft plastics through the REDcycle Program in Australia.
