Refund policy

Due to health and safety issues, if an item has been opened or used, unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless under product warranty - all sales of consumables are final. To be eligible for a return your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Purchases made directly from LBDO via www.lbdo.com or www.lbdo.com.au may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note, returns do not include the cost of shipping and will be returned in the form of a credit note. 

We cannot accept the return of any of our devices or products simply because you have changed your mind, or found that it was not suitable upon use. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card.

How do I request a return?
All returns are subject to approval. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and/or being approved for return will not be accepted.

    To request a return, please email our friendly customer service team at hello@lbdo.com.au within thirty (30) days of purchase with an image of your intact order and proof of purchase.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Products can not be returned once opened, or past thirty (30) days from purchase unless found to be faulty. 

    What if my product is defective?
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Defective device products are under warranty for one (1) year with proof of purchase for a replacement.

    LBDO may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

    LBDO warrants all products against defects in materials and design for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of the original purchase of such product. Refunded purchases are not eligible for a warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or service performed by unauthorised service agencies. Loss or damage to removable parts will not result in the replacement of the entire product. Due to continuing improvements, actual (replacement) product may differ slightly from the product described herein.

    After one year from your initial purchase, we have no obligation to send you replacement items, even if previous ones were sent. We will only replace items which are found to be faulty. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement of the same nature.

    How do I request a replacement for a faulty product?

    To request a replacement under your warranty, please email our friendly customer service team at hello@lbdo.com.au with a video of your defective device. 

    What if I bought my product from another website, retailer, or store?

    Purchases made with other vendors are subject to those vendors’ policies. Other vendors’ policies will vary. Always review a vendor’s return policy before purchase.

    Defective products are under warranty for one (1) year with proof of purchase, regardless of where they were purchased from. Please contact our friendly team at hello@lbdo.com.au with proof of purchase and video of defective product to initiate the replacement process.
