Indications: This supplement contains Tribulus terrestris and Ashwagandha which are traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine to support general health and wellbeing; Zinc to support hair, skin and nail health, maintain nervous system health and support mental and cognitive function; Vitamin B6 to maintain energy levels.

Each film-coated tablet contains:

Tribulus terrestris fruit ext. dry conc. 850 mg, Equiv. to Tribulus terrestris fruit dry 42.5 g, Withania somnifera root ext. dry conc. 90 mg, Equiv. to Withania somnifera root dry 1.8 g, Zinc (as citrate dihydrate) 10 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 9.12 mg, Equiv. to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 7.5 mg

Does not contain:

Egg, dairy, soy, nuts, gluten and peanuts.

Directions: Take 2 tablets a day with food or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings: Contains Zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is adequate.
