We've worked really hard to make sure our packaging is as sustainable as possible. Unfortunately, some items have required a protective casing of soft plastic for safe shipping. We're working really hard to find alternative solutions but in the meantime, we ask that you recycle your soft plastics through the REDcycle Program in Australia. To find your nearest drop off location visit www.redcycle.net.au.
Purchases made directly from LBDO via www.lbdo.com or www.lbdo.com.au may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or credit note. Please note, refunds do not include the cost of shipping. Please contact our friendly customer service team at email@example.com to inform us that you would like to return your purchase, and we will provide instructions on how to process your return.
Due to health and safety issues, if an item has been opened or used, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or exchange - all sales are final.
Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our devices or vitamins simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
LBDO reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com. Please include your order number so we can efficiently handle your concern.
