Essensual Vibe

  • Essensual Vibe is a rechargeable vibrator.
    Your Essensual Vibe comes with a USB magnetic charger. A white light will flash when the vibrator is charging. A green light will appear when the charge is complete.,
  • Allow 2 hours to reach a full charge. This is based off using a 5V 1A charging adapter.
  • Essensual Vibe has a fun runtime of 2 hours when used at the highest speed.
  • Your Essensual Vibe needs a little bit of love every now and then in order to work at peak performance. To preserve the lifespan of your battery, charge fully after each use. If you’re not using your vibrator frequently, be sure to charge it at least once every 3 months.
  • Always clean your Essensual Vibe before and after every use, using either a mild soap and water or any water-based toy cleaner.
  • Essensual Vibe is waterproof and can be submerged by up to 1 metre in water for 30 minutes. It is bath and shower-friendly and ready for you to sync to new depths.
  • Store your Essensual Vibe away from other sex toys and keep away from extreme heat or cold. We recommend you store your Essensual Vibe in your LBDO canvas pouch for ultimate protection. Alternatively, you can store your vibe on your nightstand for everyone to see (gone are the days of the tacky pink dildo that's hidden at the bottom of the drawer).
  • Our toys are designed in Australia and made in China.

  • Essensual Vibe comes with a one year warranty. Please contact us at hello@lbdo.com.au to discuss. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or service performed by unauthorised service agencies. Loss or damage to removable parts will not result in the replacement of the entire product.
  • Essensual Vibe is made out of the highest quality Medical Grade Silicone (ROHS and FDA approved).
  • Essensual Vibe can be used with water or oil-based lubricant but should not be used with silicone-based lubricant, as it can damage your trusty Vibe! We wholeheartedly recommend water-based lubricant instead. Our Essensual Lube is a perfect match.

Essensual Lube

  • Our Essensual Lube is a natural lube and is made in Australia.
  • Yes, Essensual Lube has been designed for internal use. We believe the wetter the better when it comes to lube so don’t be shy with the amount you use.
  • Yes, Essensual Lube is a water-based lubricant and can be used with the Essensual Vibe or any other sex toy you have.
  • Store your Essensual Lube in a cool dry place at room temperature.

Essensual Oil

  • Essensual Oil is made in Australia from Australian essential oils.
  • It has been designed to be an everyday massage and body oil, for external use. Because of this, we don't recommend it for internal use (although everyone is different!). Instead, opt for our Essensual Lube which is a 100% natural water-based lubricant designed for internal use.
  • Your Essensual Oil may change texture during the cooler months. This is completely normal and is due to it being a 100% natural product with Certified Organic ingredients. Once your oil reaches back up to room temperature, it will revert back to its original texture. 
  • We recommend storing Essensual Oil in a cool dry place at room temperature.

Shipping

  • We are an Australian-based company that ships worldwide. Please note that the shipping costs to each country vary. The cost will be shown at checkout upon selection.
  • All import duties, taxes and charges are unable to be included in the item, shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the customs office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with purchase.
  • Yes we do. Currently we offer free shipping on orders over $50 AUD to Australia only; otherwise, shipping will be added at checkout.
  • Australia (via Australia Post) - typically, our orders find their way to you in about 1-4 business days
  • International (via DHL Express) - typically, our orders find their way to you in up to 7 business days.

Australian Shipping via Australia Post

Australia Post have advised there are currently shipping delays throughout Australia. They are working to have all parcels delivered as quickly as possible

    • Standard Shipping (Parcel Post) is FREE for all orders over $50
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days ($15.00)

International Shipping - via DHL Express

All international orders are sent via DHL Express

  • Express Shipping: 1-7 Business Days (depending on your location)
  • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout
  • You can track your order by using your unique tracking code sent to your email after your order has been made.
  • Your products will either arrive in a cardboard mailer box or a compostable mailer bag (depending on the size of your order).
  • Yes, we respect your privacy so your order will be shipped discreetly with no branding on the outside of the box or mailer bag.

We've worked really hard to make sure our packaging is as sustainable as possible. Unfortunately, some items have required a protective casing of soft plastic for safe shipping. We're working really hard to find alternative solutions but in the meantime, we ask that you recycle your soft plastics through the REDcycle Program in Australia. Returns

Purchases made directly from LBDO via www.lbdo.com or www.lbdo.com.au may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or credit note. Please note, refunds do not include the cost of shipping. Please contact our friendly customer service team at hello@lbdo.com.au to inform us that you would like to return your purchase, and we will provide instructions on how to process your return.

Due to health and safety issues, if an item has been opened or used, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or exchange - all sales are final.

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our devices or vitamins simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lbdo.com.au.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

LBDO reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@lbdo.com.au. Please include your order number so we can efficiently handle your concern.
